• Unlimited telephone support during business hours (weekdays). Installation of the program and updates, provision of information about maps and software, review of settings, etc. Customer service is at your disposal and will take the time to answer all your questions to ensure that your program runs optimally.

• Three times a year, a complete software update is released on DVD or in downloadable form (in April, August, and December), always with the latest information. New bridges, new piers, changes to VHF channels, new map editions, and newly officially released government maps. You can download urgent changes from the Internet on a weekly basis. You can install new map zones or new programs as soon as they become available online. You will be notified automatically.

• If you have a maintenance contract this ensures that your software is always updated with the latest developments. Urgent software changes are made available online. Separate modules for new inland AIS transponders are always available as standard equipment. The software is continuously developed by our programming team, so your product will NEVER become obsolete.

• If you have 4G/Wifi or a similar mobile connection on board, you can use the program to directly load the current water levels of the waterways, which are processed based on the draft and map depth, so you always have the actual safe navigation depth available. You can connect to Blue Wave services, which provide information about berths, bridge openings, and locks in the Netherlands. If you have a route planner, you can view online shipping messages, such as those related to waterways, directly and take them into account when planning. This way, when you take on cargo, you won't be surprised by the many smaller waterways.

• The navigation screen image can be shared via the internal WiFi network on board, allowing it to be displayed on smartphones and tablets. The app is available to customers on Google Play and the App Store. With this feature, you can follow the navigation from anywhere on board, even outside the wheelhouse. With the Periskal Tracking app, you can track your own ship anytime, anywhere, on one device by default, with limited access to history. Use on multiple devices and additional features are available at an extra cost.

Upon receipt of the service agreement, you will immediately receive the latest update DVD or download link, and the latest version of the system will be available to you at no additional cost.
