DELIVERY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

On dnd.hu you can choose between different payment and delivery methods:

Payment methods

• Bank card payment: You can pay with Visa and MasterCard cards when purchasing in our Budapest store and on our website. When finalizing your online order in our webshop, you will be automatically redirected to the payment terminal provided by K&H Payment Services Ltd., where the online payment will be processed. The advantage of credit card payment is instant transaction and faster order processing, all with secure payment.
  

• Payment on delivery: Whether you request a parcel drop, parcel machine or home delivery, you have the option to pay on delivery when you receive your parcel. Please note that in case of courier delivery, payment can be made to the courier by cash or credit card. For delivery to a delivery point, payment can be made in cash or by credit card, depending on the location. Only card payment is available at the parcel machine. • Bank transfer in advance to our bank account: We will send you a proforma invoice no later than the next working day after your order, which will enable you to make the bank transfer. Please include the proforma invoice number as a reference in the transfer notice. Please note that it takes 1-2 working days from the date of the transfer to process the advance payment.

Currency options

HUF or EUR: You can pay in HUF cash when ordering in our Budapest store. When ordering on our website, you can also pay in EUR when using online card payment or prepayment payment methods.

Transport methods

• Personal pickup at our store: The product ordered on our website can be picked up in person at our store in Budapest (Hungary, 1089 Budapest, Elnök utca 1.).

• GLS home delivery by courier: Products ordered on our website are delivered by GLS courier service. Please choose this delivery method if you would like to receive the product within 1-2 working days after dispatch. GLS offers nationwide delivery, of which you will be notified in advance. Delivery is between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday on workdays. You can pay the collection fee at the courier by cash or credit card. • GLS parcel point (only in Hungary): When ordering to parcel point, delivery to the chosen parcel point is usually within 1-2 working days after the parcel has been dispatched. As soon as the shipment is ready for pick-up at the parcel point, the carrier will send you an SMS message or an email informing you of the pick-up possibility. The shipment will be stored for 7 working days, after which it will be automatically returned. For the current charge for parcel post delivery, please see Purchase terms.
• GLS parcel machine (only in Hungary): When ordering to a parcel machine, delivery to the selected point is usually within 1-2 working days after the parcel has been dispatched. As soon as the shipment is ready for pick-up at the machine, the carrier will send you an SMS message or an email informing you of the pick-up option. • MPL home delivery by courier (only in Hungary): Products ordered on our website are delivered by MPL courier service.
