COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Every order is prepared with the highest possible care. But even with the greatest care, sometimes a small mistake slips into the machinery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, or if you have received a faulty product, you can return it in accordance with the Purchase terms and the Warranty terms by following these steps:
Returns notification: Please notify us by email of the nature of the problem before returning the product. By doing so, we can facilitate the return process and expedite the process of exchanging or refunding the product.
Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging, undamaged and with all accessories. When packaging:
- Choose the appropriate packaging: We recommend the box in which the shipment arrived from us, provided the box is not damaged. If you don't have a box, choose a box of the right size and thickness for the product you are shipping.
- Secure the product properly in the box: Fill any empty space in the box (e.g. styrofoam, bubble wrap, newspaper). Use padding material to separate the goods from the edges of the box on all sides, including the bottom and top of the box, to prevent damage during shipping.
- Seal and label the box carefully: Seal the box carefully with tape and clearly mark the order number on the outside of the box as well.
Return address: DND Telecom Center Kft., 1089 Budapest, Elnök utca 1. (You can bring the product to the return address in person during opening hours!)
Costs: If the product is not as specified, we will pay the return shipping costs. In other cases, the cost of returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
Repair or replacement or refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition. If the product is faulty or not suitable, we will repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. In such a case, we will proceed as described in the Purchase terms and the Warranty terms.
