What is an electrosmog-reducing shielded power strip?
A shielded mains power strip is equipped with a shielded connection cable and can be used together with shielded power cables to reduce electric fields. It can be installed in areas where the cables of several mains-powered devices converge, such as around workstations or underneath desks.
The products are designed for 250 V, 50 Hz mains networks. The black Schuko sockets are arranged at a 45-degree angle, include child protection and, depending on the version, are either switched or permanently powered.
How does a shielded mains power strip work?
The shielded mains connection cable and the aluminium frame form part of the technical construction of the power strip. Every version includes an integrated isolating filter.
