The purchase and payment process

After your order you receive a confirmation e-mail about the purchase. The ordered products can be received in our shop (Hungary, 1089 Budapest, Elnök street 1.) in case of personal pickup or by courier service in case of express delivery. Depending on the weight and value of the ordered shipment the GLS, DPD or MPL courier deliver the shipment to your address in 24-48 hours from the date of dispatch. The final invoice, which includes the shipping cost, can be found in the shipment.

The delivery is expected in working hours between 8-17 hours, hence we strongly recommend to provide a working address and recipient name. During the ordering process in the “note” section you can enter any information which could be important for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, the courier leaves a notice and you can enquiry about the shipment on phone or e-mail.

Delivery time

In case of express delivery if we have on stock of the required products, we dispatch the shipment within two working days from the date of receiving the purchase request, however we dispatch the shipment typically within 24 hours from the date of order. The delivery cost may vary by country depending on the value and dimensions. We don’t charge delivery cost in EU if the value of the shipment is over EUR 150,- + VAT (depending on country). In case of buying an oversized product, the minimum required basket value for free delivery is EUR 350 + VAT (depending on country).

In case of personal pickup we prepare the products which are on stock and reserve those for you in a few hours receiving your order.

When the requested products are not on stock we contact with you one of your contact details in order to consult about the delivery time. If the delivery date can’t be accepted, the order can be withdrawn in writing without any further consequences. DND Telecom Center Ltd. can not take responsibility due to the delivery delays caused by the courier company.

Licensed products

Some of products you can purchase on our website requires license which we indicate by the product details. Acquiring the license and using the product according to your local law and regulation is always the responsibility of the customer. Please always inform about your local country regulation prior the purchase. Licensed product shall be used in possession of an official license. In case of products which requires radio license we always contact you by phone or e-mail. We program the radios according to the customer’s request in case the radios or the products require additional setting or programing.

Products containing subscription service

Some of the products available for purchase on our website include a subscription service that can be purchased individually or in conjunction with a product. On the basis of Article 29 of the Government Decree 45/2014 on the declaration of the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and an undertaking seller, as an undertaking, informs the consumers that the undertaking starts the service as a subscription with the delivery of the product with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer acknowledges that after completing the service as a whole, the he loses his right of termination. The price of the service as a subscription will be indicated on the website or during the purchase. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase of the product, the contractor shall reimburse the full price of the product to the consumer at the rate reduced by the consideration for the service.

The right of withdraw

The consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 working days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. In this case, the seller must reimburse the amount paid by the buyer without delay, but no later than 30 working days after the withdrawal and the return of the goods. In the case of online payment by credit card, the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase. In the case of other payment methods, the refund can be made in cash or by bank transfer at our premises. The name, bank account number and name of the bank are required for the refund, which must be provided in writing by the consumer. The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred for the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer also has the right to cancel the sale if he orders a product that is out of stock and cannot accept the confirmed delivery time.

Seller hereby informs consumers that based on the Government Decree 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a business pursuant to Section 29 e) after the sale has taken place and the closed product packing has been opened in case of disposable earplugs and reusable closed-pack earplugs products for health or hygiene reasons the consumer may not exercise his right of cancellation / withdrawal pursuant to Section 20. 

Incorrect price

If, despite all due care and diligence, the Seller has posted an incorrect price on the Website, in particular in the case of a clearly incorrect price, e.g. a price which differs significantly from the generally accepted or estimated price of the product, including any apparent discrepancy in value, or a price of "0" Ft or "1" Ft which may appear due to a system error, the Seller shall not be obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price, but may offer to deliver the product at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may withdraw from the purchase. The Customer shall have this right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Warranty policy

We guarantee the products and accessories we sell for the warranty period set out in the Warranty Conditions section of our website www.dnd.hu. The warranty terms and conditions contained in this section are an integral part of these terms and conditions of purchase. If the product is defective, please return it to our postal address within the warranty period. Upon receipt of the device, we will inspect the product and if the warranty defect is confirmed, we will return it to you for repair or replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product, but you must return the defective product to us.


If any damage is found on the package, the courier is obliged to deliver the item and make a report on the site to you request. If you find any discrepancies between the invoice and the delivered products or you find a damaged product in an unharmed packing, please report it to us as soon as possible.

Other terms and conditions

Please note that we store your data according to our Legal Notices and Privacy Policy in order to fulfil the contract and to prove the fulfilment according to the terms of contract. The supplied personal data is managed confidentially and we don’t provide it to third party. The only exception is the date which is necessary to the delivery company in order to fulfil the shipping assignment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and valid until revoked. Our prices unless otherwise indicated, are always shown as a gross price.
