Government Procedures

Official permits are required for the use of certain professional, maritime, and aviation radio equipment. Based on a contractual power of attorney from our clients, we handle the regulatory procedures related to the use of radio communication devices and systems, thereby significantly reducing the administrative burden associated with obtaining permits.

Our experts provide assistance with, among other things:

• obtaining approval for the technical design of professional two-way radio systems,
• obtaining frequency allocation decisions and radio licenses,
• processing maritime radio licenses, as well as the associated MMSI and ATIS identifiers,
• handling licensing procedures related to aviation radio equipment.

Throughout the process, we assist with compiling the necessary documents, submitting applications, and liaising with the relevant authorities, so our clients do not need to navigate the entire licensing process on their own.

We currently handle the administrative procedures for obtaining professional two-way and marine radio licenses related to the equipment we sell at no charge. Administrative services related to aviation radio licenses are available for a separate fee.
