The Midland M-88 CB radio is the fourth model in the new Midland M series, with a fresh, compact, high-tech design. The front panel features a large colour display. Of course, the M-88 covers all European country standards and can be operated from 12V and 24V. The DS (digital squelch) function ensures clear reception at all times without disturbing background noise.The VOX hands-free function allows communication in the vehicle without the need to pick up the microphone. The radio detects when the driver is speaking and automatically starts transmitting. The sensitivity and delay of the VOX speakerphone function can be adjusted in several steps. Thus, the CB radio can be used without hesitation in vehicles in accordance with the latest road traffic regulations, § 23 (1a) StVO.
