GREENPOWER is the first deep cycle battery designed for motorhome use. This AGM battery with special lead/steel alloy plates provides an extra long life of 4-7 years with up to 1200 cycles. The special fibreglass separators absorb the electrolyte, preventing spillage and allowing the battery to be installed in any position and/or angle without maintenance.

GREENPOWER is the original AGM leisure battery designed for deep cycle use in leisure vehicles.

AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology with gas recombination valves (VRLA) and a unique internal design make this lead-acid slow discharge battery the ideal companion for leisure vehicles.

GREENPOWER is built with special high-density lead-calcium alloy plates that increase charge retention, allowing low self-discharge and high cycle rate. Special fibreglass separators absorb electrolyte, preventing spillage and allowing the batteries to be installed in any position and/or angle, while maintaining a constant level of efficiency. The separators are equipped with reinforced grids that make the battery resistant to vibrations and promote perfect adhesion of the electrolyte to the plates, so that battery performance and health are always at the highest level.

GREENPOWER is a deep cycle battery with VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead-acid) technology:
• This technology enables the rapid recombination of oxygen and hydrogen to form water that is immediately available for electrochemical processes. This is the reason why Green Power recombination sealed batteries always maintain their performance over time and can reach 100% charge without water loss and therefore electrolyte loss.
• Super-safe ABS flame retardant (UL 94-VO) enclosure with corrosion resistant stainless steel connectors, and finally VRLA pressure relief valves built into the lid.

How can GREENPOWER be charged?
• By any device capable of generating a suitable charging curve, respecting the recommended parameters.
• The recommended chargers are: ideal, as they have the latest charging curves and calculation algorithms developed by NDS, or generator or travel chargers, such as the Power Service DC-DC converter, solar panels with appropriate charge controllers, such as the SunControl range, respecting the recommended parameters.

What can affect the lifetime of AGM leisure batteries for motorhomes?
• Discharge depth: avoid discharging the battery above the maximum limit of 11 V.
• Charge as soon as possible: never allow the battery to run down after use.
• The charging system: a suitable charger is needed, which charges the battery in a way adapted to its technology and characteristics.
