3LIONSYSTEM is an advanced energy system consisting of NDS lithium batteries and internal BMS technology, which, in combination with 3Link (control unit), guarantees complete autonomy in all conditions! The energy system fully exploits the advantages of lithium technology, promoting fast charging even over short distances, which, combined with the internal characteristics of the batteries, such as longer life and low weight, makes this system extremely advantageous and efficient compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.

Unlike lead-acid technology, 3LION batteries offer high power density in a small size, providing the desired complete autonomy without the need for large battery blocks.Long service life: approx. 2500 cycles at 80% DOD, equipped with an internal battery management system (BMS), which is essential for managing and protecting the battery cells.

The BMS monitors the voltage, current, resistance and temperature and uses this information to keep the cells balanced, preventing internal imbalance in the battery by protecting it from overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overheating and overcharging.

Thanks to their high power density and more stable operating voltage, 3LION batteries (with the same nominal capacity) offer a much greater range than conventional batteries! By leaving the original wiring system intact and connecting the 3LINK system: 3LION battery, starter battery and all on-board devices (control unit, battery charger, inverter, etc.), the lithium battery can be optimally charged while driving with high current without damaging the original electrical system.The display shows information about the system's operation, such as the 3LION charging status, the voltage of the on-board batteries, and the charging or discharging current.

3LINK directly manages charging from the engine battery, which is connected with cables of the appropriate cross-section, and provides super-fast charging through the black box at speeds of up to 75 A/hour (depending on the built-in generator). This control unit provides additional protection for the valuable lithium battery by continuously monitoring the charging and discharging current and the SOC, and if possible (if the lithium battery is fully charged and the charging source is connected), it also charges the engine battery.
