Our service staff has over 15 years of experience in the repair of two-way radio who carry out occasional or warranty repairs of our products. Thanks to our suppliers relationships where the device state doesn’t allow for repairing on our premises, in consultation with the customer, we send back to the service department of the manufacturer to repair. In order to ensure high quality it is important to us to use service components from the manufacturers. If this is not possible, we build in only the highest standard of quality parts in the instruments.
The continuous training of our service staff has top priority, hence we regularly participate in trainings which are presented by manufacturers.
Our company has ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP 2110 quality system in the field of radios and other wireless telecommunication equipment servicing.
