Properly functioning equipment is the foundation of reliable radio communication. With over 10 years of service experience, we provide warranty and post-warranty repairs, testing, and maintenance for the radio communication devices we distribute.

Our service technicians have extensive experience in, among other things, repairing professional two-way radios and related communication devices. If the repair of a device requires specialized manufacturer intervention, we will arrange for it to be sent to the manufacturer’s service center - in consultation with the customer - by leveraging our direct relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Reliable repairs with the right parts

Whenever possible, we use original parts from the device’s manufacturer during repairs. If this is not possible, we use only high-quality parts that are suitable for the specific device.

We continuously develop our employees’ professional expertise and regularly participate in technical training sessions offered by the manufacturers we represent.

Our goal is to ensure that repaired equipment continues to reliably support our customers’ communication needs for as long as possible.
