The microphone sponge and the inside of the ear cushion are made of flexible polyurethane foam. Thanks to the material, its structure also guarantees water resistance. Naturally, the material used for these devices is designed to relieve pressure on the ears. And the outer part of the ear cushion is made of a material that is easy to clean and repels moisture.
Because the combination of these materials reacts to body temperature, it changes shape under pressure to adapt to the contours of your ears and head. In turn, the sponge allows moisture to evaporate, preventing the skin around the hygiene pillow from sweating. Of course, the manufacturers have made sure that they only use materials that are safe for people with sensitive skin or allergies. The hygiene kit is made of artificial materials that micro-organisms do not like and therefore do not colonise or multiply in them.
